IHSG dan LQ45 sama \u2013 sama mengalami tekanan pada minggu lalu menjelang pertemuan FOMC bulan Januari. IHSG turun 1,2 % menjadi 6.645 dan LQ45 turun 1,0% menjadi 949. Yield dari obligasi 10 tahun sempat mengalami penguatan sebelum akhirnya tutup pada level yang 6,46%, masih di bawah 6,50%. Penurunan pada saham domestic menjadi kesempatan untuk investor kembali membeli RD Mandiri Investa Atraktif (RD MITRA) karena Indonesia dalam tren positif pemulihan ekonomi secara keseluruhan yang dimulai dari laporan keuangan dari sektor perbankan yang bertumbuh cukup baik.
\nThe Fed menahan suku bunga acuan pada bulan Januari 2022 di level 0,25%. The Fed menyatakan kemungkinan besar akan menaikan suku bunga acuan mulai pada bulan Maret 2022.
\nIndonesia mencatatkan pertumbuhan penanaman modal asing sebesar Rp 122,3 triliun atau +10,1% yoy pada kuartal keempat 2021. Kenaikan yang cukup signifikan bila dibandingkan dengan kuartal ketiga 2021 yang mencapai Rp 103,2 triliun atau -2,7% yoy.<\/p>\n

Peningkatan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) secara keselurahan pada tahun 2021 adalah sebesar 8% yoy dibandingkan 2020 sebesar 2% yoy. Bila dibandingkan dengan sebelum masa pandemi di 2019, maka PMA pada 2021 mengalami kenaikan 10% dengan peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada sektor primer 47% dan sekunder 65%. Kenaikan PMA terbesar terjadi pada sektor tambang (90,4% yoy), manufaktur makanan (46,8% yoy) dan kendaraan bermotor (59,4% yoy). Negara asal PMA mengalami perubahan dimana di 2020 kenaikan terbesar masih berasal dari negara \u2013 negara Asia, pada tahun 2021 kenaikan terbesar didominasi oleh AS (144% yoy), Eropa (54,7% yoy) dan ASEAN ex-Singapura (30,3% yoy). Propinsi yang paling mendapatkan peningkatan PMA adalah Papua (162,3% yoy), Riau (78,2% yoy), dan Sulawesi Tengah (52,8% yoy). Peningkatan selama 2021 tidak lagi terkonsentrasi pada pula Jawa dan lebih keluar wilayah non-Jawa. Tren peningkatan PMA secara keselurahan masih akan terus berlanjut ke tahun 2022.<\/p>\n
