IHSG ditutup turun ke 6.070 dari minggu sebelumnya di 6.101. Sementara yield<\/i> dari INDOGB 10 tahun relatif flat<\/i> di 6,3% selama seminggu. Nilai tukar Rupiah menguat banyak dalam seminggu dari yang rata \u2013 rata di atas Rp 14.500\/USD minggu sebelumnya akhirnya\u00a0 menyentuh Rp14.440\/USD pada akhir bulan.<\/p>\n

The Fed mempertahankan suku bunga acuan Fed Rate di 0,25%. Selain itu, the Fed menyadari bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi US sudah semakin baik, maka dari itu the Fed akan mulai membicarakan rencana pengurangan pembelian obligasi (tapering). GDP US pada kuar kedua hanya mencapai 6,5% yoy dibandingkan perkiraan pasar 8,5% yoy. Namun angka tersebut lebih tinggi dari kuartal satu di 6,3% yoy. Jika dibandingkan kuartalan, GDP US naik 1,6% qoq.<\/p>\n

Indonesia mencatatkan Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) kuartal kedua mencapai Rp 116,8 trn atau naik sebesar 19,6% yoy, lebih tinggi dari kuartal satu di 14% yoy.<\/p>\n

GDP US 2Q21 mencatatkan +6,5% yoy, jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan ekspektasi pasar di 8,5% yoy (pic 1). Hal ini disebabkan oleh nilai investasi yang tertinggal dan inventori yang turun meskipun konsumsi terus menguat. Dengan stimulus fiskal di US yang mendekati akhir maka US menghadapai tantangan baru seperti naiknya harga\u00a0 jual \u00a0karena harga bahan baku yang naik dan konsumsi yang dapat melemah, selain itu naiknya jumlah covid karena varian Delta. Banyaknya tantangan membuat bond traders <\/i>terus menurunkan ekspektasi terhadapan kenaikan Fed rate. Hal tersebut terlihat pada Eurodollar<\/i> yang menjadi acuan arah pergerakan suku bunga acuan yang semakin rendah (pic 2). Kami melihat hal ini akan memberikan dorongan positif bagi obligasi Indonesia.<\/p>\n
