Kondisi IHSG cukup baik kendati kasus covid harian di Indonesia terus mencetak rekor baru. IHSG mampu kembali naik dan ditutup pada level 6.072 dari 6.039 minggu sebelumnya, naik 0,6%. Hal yang cukup menggembirakan datang dari obligasi dengan penurunan yield INDOGB 10 tahun selama seminggu dari 6,55% menjadi 6,44% (11bps). Penguatan INDOGB tidak terlepas dari US Treasury yang rally<\/i> selama satu minggu.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Inflasi US menguat ke 5,4% yoy pada bulan Juni dari 5,0% yoy pada Mei. Penguatan tersebut jauh melebihi perkiraan konsensus di 4,9% yoy.\u00a0 Inflasi Inggris juga naik 2,5% yoy pada Juni, lebih dari fari 2,1% yoy di bulan Mei dan perkiraan consensus 2,2% yoy. Sementara China melaporkan pertumbuhan GDP 7,9% yoy pada kuartal kedua, setelah sebelumnya 18,3% yoy pada kuartal sebelumnya.<\/p>\n

Indonesia mempertahankan surplus perdagangan dengan mencetak neraca dagang USD +1,32 milyar pada bulan Juni yang dihasilkan dari kenaikan expor sebesar 54,46% yoy dan impor 60,12% yoy. Indonesia melaporkan Retail Sales untuk bulan Mei naik 14,7% yoy, bulan positif kedua setelah menurun dari secara beruntun sebelumnya. Indonesia juga melaporkan kenaikan penjualan mobil sebesar 476% yoy dan motor 155% yoy pada bulan Juni, sehingga melanjutkan tren penguatan selama tahun ini.<\/p>\n

Surat utang pemerintah US menguat setelah the Fed kembali menyatakan akan mempertahankan stimulus pandemi. Yield<\/i> dari\u00a0 10 year US Treasury <\/i>menyentuh 1,30% dan 30 year sudah berada di bawah 2% (pic 1). Sementara itu, surat utang dari korporasi US semakin membaik terlihat semakin banyak perusahaan yang mendapatkan upgrade<\/i> (pic 2), situasi yang sudah jauh berbeda dengan Maret \u2013 April tahun 2020 puncak dari banyaknya perusahaan yang terkena downgrade<\/i>. Melihat kondisi seperti ini di US, maka surat utang pemerintah Indonesia seharusnya juga mendapatakan angin segar. Kami masih berharap yield INDOGB 10 tahun masih bisa menuju range<\/i> 6,00% – 6,25% pada tahun ini.<\/p>\n
