Sentimen pasar tertekan setelah MSCI mempertahankan status Indonesia sebagai pasar berkembang (<em data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"723\">emerging market<\/em>), namun memperpanjang proses tinjauan hingga November disertai peringatan potensi penurunan status menjadi pasar perbatasan (<em data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"866\">frontier market<\/em>). Investor asing mencatat <em data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1110\">inflow<\/em> sebesar Rp6,3 triliun.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Berita Utama Pekan Ini:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jou9fr\" data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1277\">Inflasi <em data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1205\">headline PCE<\/em> AS meningkat menjadi 4,1% YoY pada Mei, sementara <em data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1266\">core PCE<\/em> naik menjadi 3,4% YoY, tertinggi sejak April 2023. Di sisi lain, pendapatan dan belanja masyarakat masing-masing meningkat sebesar 0,7%, mencerminkan ketahanan konsumsi domestik. Data awal (<em data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1468\">flash PMI<\/em>) yang tetap solid serta revisi naik pertumbuhan PDB kuartal I menjadi 2,1% semakin memperkuat sikap <em data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1578\">hawkish<\/em> The Fed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jou9fr\" data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1277\">Ketegangan AS-Iran kembali meningkat setelah Presiden Trump menuduh Iran melanggar gencatan senjata menyusul laporan serangan terhadap jalur pelayaran di Selat Hormuz.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jou9fr\" data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1277\">MSCI mempertahankan status Indonesia sebagai pasar berkembang (<em data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1838\">emerging market<\/em>), namun memperpanjang proses tinjauan hingga November serta memperingatkan bahwa Indonesia masih berpotensi mengalami penurunan status menjadi pasar perbatasan (<em data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2017\">frontier market<\/em>) apabila reformasi tidak mengalami kemajuan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jou9fr\" data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1277\">Pemerintah Indonesia dikabarkan tengah mempertimbangkan tambahan pengurangan anggaran Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) sebesar Rp40-50 triliun pada 2026, sehingga total anggaran berpotensi turun menjadi sekitar Rp218 triliun dengan jumlah penerima manfaat sekitar 49 juta orang.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jou9fr\" data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1006\">Kementerian Keuangan kembali menempatkan dan menambah Saldo Anggaran Lebih (SAL) pada Himbara menjadi Rp400 triliun. Langkah ini membalikkan kebijakan penarikan dana secara bertahap sebelumnya setelah likuiditas perbankan mengalami pengetatan yang lebih besar dari perkiraan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pandangan Kami:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"3128\">Fokus pasar pada pekan depan akan tertuju pada perkembangan gencatan senjata Iran-Hormuz yang masih rapuh, serta rilis data ketenagakerjaan AS (<em data-start=\"2797\" data-end=\"2810\">US Payrolls<\/em>) dan Indeks Manajer Pembelian Sektor Manufaktur (<em data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2883\">ISM Manufacturing PMI<\/em>) pada Jumat. Kedua indikator tersebut berpotensi memengaruhi pergerakan harga minyak, dolar AS, serta sentimen risiko di pasar negara berkembang. Di dalam negeri, data inflasi dan neraca perdagangan Indonesia akan menjadi perhatian utama pasar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3130\" data-end=\"3492\">Pasar saham Indonesia masih diperdagangkan pada valuasi yang relatif rendah secara historis (IHSG -31,81% YTD). Meskipun arah pasar dalam jangka pendek masih bergantung pada hasil tinjauan MSCI, pergerakan Rupiah, dan sentimen risiko global, valuasi saat ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang semakin lebar antara valuasi pasar dan ekspektasi pertumbuhan laba.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3494\" data-end=\"3892\">Kami tetap melihat penciptaan <em data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3531\">alpha<\/em> terutama berasal dari alokasi sektor dan pemilihan saham yang selektif.
