The deal includes China promising to loosen rare earth exports and curb the flow of fentanyl to The US.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"4925\">The Federal Reserve cut interest rates to 3.75-4%, in line with expectations. However, the announcement from J. Powell alarmed market by stating another cut this year is \u201cfar from certain\u201d.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"4925\">The Fed ended quantitative tightening measure in form of its balance sheet reduction.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"4925\">JCI enters earnings season with a more upbeat view compared to 3Q, with large caps and consumer names giving in line or above-expectations results.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"4925\">MSCI announced a consultation on calculations of Indonesian stock free float methodology as part of its index weighting.
