Indeks IHSG turun 0,6% wow menjadi 7,134 dan LQ45 turun 1,1% wow menjadi 903. Namun menurut kami IHSG maupun LQ45 dapat kembali menguat minggu ini karena menunggu inflasi AS yang kemungkinan sesuai harapan serta bond yield dan nilai tukar Rupiah yang terus menguat.<\/li>\n<li>Bond yield bertahan di bawah 7,00% dan Rupiah stabil di bawah Rp 16,100 per USD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>China caixin service PMI Apr24 bertahan di 52,5 (vs 52,7 di Mar24).<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan PDB Indonesia di kuartal pertama tahun ini 5,11% yoy (vs 52,8% yoy di 4Q23).<\/li>\n<li>Cadangan devisa Indonesia turun US$ 4,2 milyar menjadi USD 136,2 milyar di Apr24.<\/li>\n<li>Penjualan motor Indonesia di <b>Apr24 <\/b><b>naik<\/b><b> 18,3% <\/b><b>yoy<\/b> (vs -7,8% yoy di Mar24).<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi China merangkak naik menjadi 0,3% yoy di Apr24 (vs 0,1% yoy di Mar24).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10289 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/beta.toffeedev.com\/mandiri-new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-05-13-at-09.32.29.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"627\" height=\"455\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Sumber:<i>\u00a0FT<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suku bunga acuan AS yakni FFR saat ini masih berada pada level 5,5% sehingga masih memberikan spread 2% dari inflasi CPI di 3,5% (Pic 1). Sebagai contoh indeks harga rumah di beberapa negara mengalami sudah normalisasi (Pic 2) dan begitu pula yang akan terjadi AS. Selain ini harga energi sudah menurun dan tidak seperti yang dikhawatirkan meski kondisi geopolitik masih tetap tinggi. Menurut kami, para investor harusnya menggunakan kesempatan \u201cSell in May\u201d justru sebagai entry point karena inflasi AS yang menuju ke target Bank Sentral di 2% kemungkinan dapat terjadi.
