Kerja sama ini akan terbagi menjadi dua yaitu cluster A untuk dana kesehatan khususnya vaksinasi dan cluster B untuk dana kesehatan di luar vaksinasi dan jaring pengaman sosial. Kerja sama ini untuk anggaran negara tahun 2021 dan 2022. Kami melihat kerja sama ini bisa membantu pemerintah untuk bisa lebih fleksibel namun tetap disiplin sehingga bisa mencapai defisit 3% di 2023. Dengan kerja sama ini penerbitan SBN per sesinya dapat lebih kecil menjadi Rp 27 triliun dari biasanya rata rata di Rp 43 triliun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dengan mengecilnya jumlah penerbitan di pasar primer maka investor memenuhi porsi obligasi pemerintah melalui pasar sekunder yang dapat membuat yield lebih menguat. Kami melihat langkah ini semakin baik untuk obligasi Indonesia kedepan setidaknya sampai akhir tahun 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Disamping itu, kami melihat beberapa resiko dari kebijakan ini seperti resiko inflasi dengan bertambahnya likuiditas tambahan ini. Selain itu kami mengingatkan adanya resiko perubahan kebijakan yang harus diambil oleh BI dalam menghadapi perubahan kebijakan bank sentral dunia kedepan, terutama the Fed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Melihat kondisi ini kami merekomendasikan investor untuk masuk ke Reksa Dana Mandiri Investa Dana Utama (RD MIDU).
